the staff was professional and helpful . i appreciated the complimentary water bottles, toothbrushes, and toothpaste (a nice touch). the location had good transport links, made getting around easy.
my room had no working air conditioning. it was quite uncomfortable (especially at night).

i enjoyed the hotel's proximity to transportation options. the bus stop was right outside and the underground station was also close. it was super convenient. the staff were nice and helpful providing directions to local shops. i also appreciated that the room came with tea and coffee.
my room lacked a window. it felt a little stuffy. the air conditioning didn't work well. the corridor had a strange odor . it only disappeared after a few days.

the location is quite good. i found several shops nearby. the staff were helpful. the room included breakfast discount at the restaurant. it made my morning better, even with a slight delay.
the shower seal did not work. this resulted in water on the bathroom floor after showering. i had to use extra towels.

the location is very convenient with easy access to transport options. staff members are friendly and provided assistance when needed. i appreciated the availability of a discount at the nearby indian street food spot.
the room had a strange humming noise that occurred intermittently at night. it would go on for about five minutes and then stop for five minutes before starting again. this was repeated and made it difficult to sleep well.

the staff was helpful. complementary water, toothbrushes, toothpaste and a sewing kit was nice.
the room really needed a paint job. the shower seal didn't work so the bathroom floor got flooded. the window needed a wedge to stay open and the do not disturb function made a bright red light shine across the room all night.
